At HairByKitkat we are committed to providing you with the best! This is not just for our products but for our shipping process as well. Your order will be processed and shipped within your selected shipping speed after two days of payment processing, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Orders placed Monday-Thursday with Our standard shipping will take 5-7 business days to deliver on the East Coast and 2-3 days on the West Coast. EXPRESS SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE

There are absolutely No Refunds!
KITKAT is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or other shipping carriers we work with, especially during high volume seasons. The shipping time for items purchased on pre-order varies according to the item description and the pre-order policy located on items description.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. We will be closed on the following public holidays: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Years Day. Any orders placed on these days, or AFTER cut-off on the day before, will be dispatched the following business day. Please allow a few more days for delivery during this high volume season to avoid disappointment. We will continue to ensure your order gets to you ASAP, however, we do appreciate your patience!
Packages that are lost even though tracking shows that they have been delivered:
- File Claim with USPS / UPS
- File police report
- Wait for USPS / UPS investigation results. Depending on results items may reship.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A TRACKING NUMBER IS ISSUED. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU INPUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR SHIPPING PURPOSES. CUSTOMER PAYS FOR SHIPPING BOTH WAYS IF ITEM IS SENT BACK DUE TO INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS OR UNABLE TO BE DELIVERED.
ROUTE PROTECTION INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND AVAILABLE AT CHECKOUT TO PROTECT YOUR PURCHASE. PLEASE CONTACT THEM TO FILE YOUR INSURANCE CLAIM.
ANY FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACKS, ORDERS OR CLAIMS WILL BE PROSECUTED AND BLOCKED FROM FUTURE ORDERS.
We are not responsible for Hair Damage once you have processed it with any chemicals. Such as bleach or dye which are harsh and require professional stylist to achieve.
